This place scammed me, and I would never rent via them. Back in 2016, Jacqueline Kool scammed me with the famous Eugene van Dun with an apartment in Sonmansstraat 126BII. This was a studio for a single or a couple for 1800 a month + 2 month deposit, where I was receiving my sister a bit after I moved. And essentially left us in the streets by december 2016. They ghosted us, and although we got a lawyer to get the deposit back, they never replied again to our claim and kept the 3600 euros.

mijn link would not recommend this agency. They work with people that think can be above the law. And it was also a shame in the law system that our lawyer advised not to pursue as it could cost us more than the deposit and because Eugene was a public figure.
